The Health Care Reform was signed into law earlier this year by President Obama, and the first phases will take effect September of this year. Many carriers have already adopted the changes into their policy coverages and have made them effective this coming October.

Did you know...
IF you have 25 or fewer employees,
AND your employee's average wages are less than 50,000
AND you don't provide any health benefits..
You will be subject to a penalty of up to 2% of each employee's income under the new Health Care Reform.
